  • Onion - 2 pcs;
  • Carrots - 1 pc;
  • Eggs - 3 pcs;
  • Flour - 2-3 tablespoons;

  • Sour cream - to serve.

Preparation:

  1. Boil all vegetables, except onions, in the skin until tender, cool and peel.

  1. Fry the onion chopped very finely.

You will need:

  • Peeled potatoes - 800 g;
  • Onions - 200 gr;
  • Champignons - 350 gr;
  • Egg - 1 egg;
  • Flour - 20 gr;
  • Garlic - 1 clove;
  • Low fat cream - 3 tablespoons.
  • Sunflower oil - 5 tbsp;
  • Bread crumbs - for coating;
  • Fresh parsley or coriander leaves - for serving;
  • Salt and pepper - to taste.

Cooking steps:

  1. Boil the potatoes and mash them into a thick purée while they are still hot.
  2. Wash the mushrooms, wipe them with a paper towel. Cut it into thin slices.
  3. Finely chop the garlic with a sharp knife.
  4. Peel and finely chop the onion into small cubes. Mix the two types of oil and heat in a frying pan. Sauté onions and add mushrooms. After the excess liquid has evaporated, fry the mushrooms until brown. Add cream and garlic and stir to combine.
  5. Mix mashed potatoes, onion, egg and flour. Season with salt and pepper. Stir to mix.
  6. Wet your hands with water and make a patty out of the mashed potatoes, put the mushroom filling inside and close the patty. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  7. Lightly oil a baking pan and arrange the meatballs. Put into hot oven and cook for half an hour at 180 degrees.

Serve hot, garnished with parsley leaves. A mushroom cream sauce will go well here.

Raw potato cutlets in breadcrumbs

Cutlets of raw potatoes

You will need:

  • Potatoes - 6 pieces;
  • Milk - ½ cup;
  • Flour - 1 tbsp;
  • Egg - 1 piece;
  • Salt - a quarter of a teaspoon;
  • Onion - 2 pcs;
  • Crumbs - for breading;
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons.

Preparation:

  1. Clean and wash the tubers of potatoes. Grate potatoes on a fine grater.
  2. Squeeze it out to remove the potato juice.
  3. Bring the milk to the boil and add to the grated potatoes.
  4. Whisk the egg and add to the potatoes. Season with salt to taste. Stir in the flour and make a homogeneous mixture.
  5. Wet your hands with water and make cutlets, roll in crushed breadcrumbs.
  6. Cook cutlets in a frying pan with plenty of hot oil.
