There are quite a few recipes for simple and versatile dishes, which will surely turn out to be an original and tasty snack for the guests. It is not about the dishes being expensive and their preparation time-consuming. It is the idea and execution that counts! If you don't have vegetarians in your circle of friends, you can prepare something delicious from basic ingredients that you have in the fridge, such as kabanos, ham, or sausages. Regardless of your cooking skills and the time you have, these dishes are easy to prepare!

1. mini pizzas on puff pastry (preparation time: 25 min)

Ingredients:

  • Ham (e.g. Chef JBB Bałdyga)
  • Puff pastry
  • Passata
  • Olive oil
  • Tomato concentrate
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Red onion
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Ketchup
  • Arugula
  • Basil
  • Pepper and salt

Method of preparation:

Cut circles out of the puff pastry with a glass. Spread sauce on each of the circles. Then place the sliced ham, tomatoes, grated cheese and red onion on top. Put the whole on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated to 190 degrees oven for about 15-20 minutes. Garnish mini pizzas with arugula and fresh basil. Serve with your favorite sauces.

2 - Tortillas with Kabanos (preparation time: 10 minutes)

Ingredients:

  • Kabanos (e.g. JBB Bałdyga banquet sausages)
  • Tortilla
  • Lettuce
  • Paprika
  • Cream cheese

Method of preparation:

Spread the tortilla with cream cheese. Top with lettuce, thinly sliced peppers and kabanosy. Roll up the whole thing and cut into thicker pieces. Place on a plate decorated with lettuce and thin strips of bell pepper. 3.

3. peppers with sausages (preparation time: 45 min)

Ingredients:

  • Sausages (e.g. JBB Bałdyga breakfast sausages)
  • Bacon (e.g. from the barrel of JBB Bałdyga)
  • 2 red peppers
  • 1 sandwich cream cheese
  • Bunch of chives
  • Arugula

Method of preparation:

Divide the peppers into smaller pieces. Mix the sandwich cream cheese with the chopped chives. Then spread the cheese on the bell pepper pieces. Put a piece of sausage and wrap with a thin slice of bacon. Bake in a preheated to 190 degrees oven for about 30 minutes. Arrange the finished peppers on the arugula.
