Home-cooked pork is usually juicier. If you fancy some delicious ribs or roast pork loin in jelly, take a look at our tried and tested recipes!

Oven Roasted Meatloaf Ribs

This recipe for succulent oven roasted ribs is very easy to make. Even people with less experience in roasting meat will be able to enjoy it.

You will need 600 g of ribs to prepare this delicious dish. You can use pork, but if you wish - also beef. The key to success is choosing the right broth in which the ribs will roast. We used WINIARY vegetable bouillon, which is very essential and can bring out the best in meat. Prepare also a bit of oil for frying, as well as sweet paprika, pepper and salt to taste.

Cut the rinsed meat into smaller portions so that it will be tastier after roasting. Sprinkle the ribs with salt and leave them for 5 minutes. Then fry them in hot oil for about 5 minutes on each side and season with pepper. Now put the ribs in an ovenproof dish and pour in the vegetable broth diluted with 300 ml of water. The meat should also be sprinkled generously with sweet paprika. Set the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and start roasting. The ribs are ready when tender. The dish can be served with potatoes, gravy and your favourite salad.

Pork loin in jelly

Our second proposal, which will make the household waiting for another grilling season, is roast pork loin in jelly.

To prepare it you will need about 800 g of boneless pork loin, a can of peaches in syrup, vegetable broth, gelatin, oil, parsley, a teaspoon of vinegar, as well as salt, pepper and sweet paprika to taste.

This recipe is not much different in difficulty level from the previous one. Even if you are not experienced in roasting meat, you will easily manage it.

Clean the pork thoroughly from the fat, then rub it with paprika and pepper. Put it in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Then pour some oil on it and put it in an ovenproof dish. Now put the meat in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for about an hour. When the roast is ready, let it cool down. Arrange the meat cut into quite thin slices on a platter and garnish with parsley and peaches. Soak two tablespoons of gelatin in half a glass of cold water. Boil another 500 milliliters of water with bouillon cube, gelatin, vinegar and salt. When the cooling jelly starts to thicken, pour it over the meat. When it has set completely, the wonderful roast pork loin is ready to serve!
